We take great pride in offering handmade products , every single item is designed and created with care.
Due to the unique nature of our products all sales are final and non returnable.
However, we understand that in rare cases, a product may arrive damaged due to circumstances out of both parties control and in this situation we are here to help.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
1. Notification Period: You must contact us within 28 days of the product's arrival
2. Proof of Damage: Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.
How to Initiate a Claim
To report a damaged product and request a replacement or refund:
Email us at infofaithandfi@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
We will respond within 2-3 business days (Mon-Friday) to confirm your claim and guide you through the next steps.
Important Notes
No Returns: We do not accept returns
Timeframe: Requests received after the 28-day period will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
