Delivery Policie

As of this present time all items available in the Faith and Fi store are handmade to order.

It is because of this we want to ensure you understand our  Manufacturing process as well as our shipping and delivery timelines.

Product Creation Time

We require between  1-5 working days (Monday-Friday) to create your product before it is ready for shipping.

For example: Orders placed after 7pm GMT on a Monday will be processed and manufactured between Monday and Friday.

Orders placed after 7pm Friday GMT will not be processed and Manufactured until the next working day as the store is closed on weekends. 

 Please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially during peak periods or holidays.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your item is created, it will be shipped using the shipping option of your choice at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (if applicable), so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 The delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Important Notes

Creation Time: Please note that the 1-5 working days refers to the time needed to create the product and does not include shipping time.
-Notification: You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched and is on its way.
